The product quality is very good as it's of DJI, one of my trusted company. But the shipment process and your delivery partner 'Shree Maruti Courier service ' is very disappointing. I noticed that they made the shipment delay intentionally. Once it reached at Kolkata it started delaying. The warehouse, from where it was delivered is not far from my place. It takes not more than 30 minutes to reach at my place. But it took almost 3 days to reach. This is very disappointing. From my next purchase, I would expect my order will be delivered by DTDC or other renowned courier services. If it requires extra courier charges, I'll pay it. But my order needs to be delivered on time.
